Gentry Carvell Stuart, 16, of China Passes Away

Gentry Carvell Stuart, 16, of China, Maine, passed away unexpectedly on July 3, 2024. Gentry was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, and cousin. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Gentry was born in Augusta, Maine, on June 16, 2008. He attended China Elementary School and was currently a student at Erskine Academy. Gentry was an avid outdoorsman who loved to go fishing, hiking, and camping with his family and friends. He was also a gifted musician and enjoyed playing the guitar and drums.

In addition to his parents, Gentry is survived by his two older sisters, his maternal grandparents, and his paternal grandmother. He will also be missed by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of Gentry’s life will be held on August 17, 2024, at 2:00 PM at 13 Stuart Lane in Farmingdale, Maine. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Gentry Carvell Stuart Memorial Fund, which will be used to support music and outdoor education programs in the China area.
