A Life Well Lived

Julia D. Stuart, a beloved member of our community, passed away on July 30, 2023, at the age of 85. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Julia was born in Boston, Massachusetts, on January 12, 1938. She was the daughter of John and Mary Stuart. Julia grew up in a loving home and attended local schools. She graduated from Boston College in 1960 with a degree in English.

After college, Julia moved to New York City to pursue a career in writing. She worked as a journalist for several years before transitioning to a career in public relations. Julia was a talented writer and communicator, and she quickly rose through the ranks.

In 1980, Julia moved to Los Angeles with her husband, Robert. She continued to work in public relations and eventually became the head of her own firm. Julia was a successful businesswoman and a role model for other women in the field.

Julia was also a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a generous and compassionate person who always put others before herself.

Julia will be remembered for her intelligence, her wit, and her kind heart. She was a true friend and a loving family member. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A Legacy of Love

Julia leaves behind a legacy of love and service. She was a dedicated volunteer and philanthropist. She supported many charities, including the American Red Cross, the United Way, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

Julia’s greatest legacy is her family. She is survived by her husband, Robert; her two children, Jennifer and Robert Jr.; and her four grandchildren, Julia, Robert, Katherine, and Matthew.

Julia’s family and friends will always cherish her memory. She was a bright light in their lives, and she will never be forgotten.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Julia D. Stuart Memorial Fund. The fund will be used to support charities that were close to Julia’s heart.
