Wiregrass Hoop Tourney Features South Shore Teams in Both Sessions
The Ninth Annual Tampa Bay Christmas Invitational (TBCI) returns from December 27-30, 2024, at the Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus in Pasco County. This year’s Session 2 will feature 144 elite high school basketball teams, cementing its status as one of the nation’s largest and most competitive holiday tournaments. Session 1, which concluded on December 23rd, showcased 90 teams. East Bay High, for example, finished Session 1 with an 8-5 record.

Lennard Longhorns will begin their Session 2 play on December 27th at 5 p.m. against Martin County, KY, with subsequent games on December 28th and 30th. Similarly, Sumner High’s girls’ team will also open their three-game invitational on December 27th at 5 p.m., with further matches scheduled for December 28th and 30th. No games will be played on Sunday, December 29th.

Following the success of Session 1, Session 2 promises thrilling matchups between teams from across the country and Florida. Fans unable to attend can watch every game live on Be The Beast.
