The 2025 Discover Boating Atlanta Boat Show, in partnership with Progressive Insurance®, returns to the Georgia World Congress Center from January 9th to 12th, promising an unforgettable experience for boating enthusiasts of all ages. This year’s show features hundreds of boats for sale and a diverse range of activities designed to entertain, educate, and inspire.
Immersive Experiences and Activities:
The Discover Boating Lake Life Lounge offers a taste of the boating lifestyle with several engaging features. Visitors can indulge in “Boat Apétit” tastings showcasing Atlanta’s culinary scene (Saturday only), test their gaming skills in the nautical-themed gaming truck, enjoy a virtual round of golf on Lake Tahoe’s iconic 17th hole, and experience the thrill of boat racing with a display featuring Lake Guntersville HydroFest highlights (courtesy of Marshall County Tourism and Sports).
For fishing enthusiasts, the Let’s Go Fishing Center features a 5,000-gallon aquarium (“Bass Tub”) where professional anglers demonstrate expert techniques. Meanwhile, the Fred’s Shed How-to Center, presented by Progressive®, provides valuable DIY tips and troubleshooting advice for boaters of all skill levels. A dedicated Kids’ Zone offers age-appropriate activities, including a surfing simulator that lets kids experience the thrill of surfing without getting wet.
