Bayless Accused: $1.5M Sex Harassment Claim
Skip Bayless, the prominent sports commentator, is facing serious allegations of sexual harassment, according to a report by Front Office Sports. A former Fox Sports co-worker, Noushin Faraji, is suing Bayless for unspecified monetary damages and is demanding a jury trial. Faraji, a hairdresser who worked at Fox Sports for 13 years, claims that Bayless’s inappropriate behavior began after she started working on his show, “Undisputed.”

The lawsuit details a pattern of increasingly aggressive advances. Faraji alleges that Bayless initiated “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek,” physically pressing his body against hers and her breasts. Despite repeatedly rejecting Bayless’s advances and explicitly stating she did not “date at work,” she claims he persisted. She even disclosed her ovarian cancer diagnosis in an attempt to deter his unwanted attention, to no avail.

The most serious accusation centers on Bayless allegedly offering Faraji $1.5 million for sex, suggesting it would “change” her life. The lawsuit further quotes a disturbing exchange where, after Faraji again rejected him, Bayless made a comment about her religious background, stating, “Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?” Faraji responded that her father was deceased, prompting Bayless to seemingly become flustered and allowing her to leave.

Fox Sports has released a brief statement acknowledging the allegations and stating they are taking the matter seriously, but declined further comment due to the ongoing litigation. The full report from Front Office Sports provides further details on the accusations against Bayless.
