Obituary: Brigitte Sigrid Miller

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brigitte Sigrid Miller, age 70, of Burnsville, MN. Brigitte passed away peacefully on May 22, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

A Life Well-Lived

Brigitte was born on March 27, 1954, in Uhingen, Germany, to Eugen and Martha Bischoff. She immigrated to the United States in her early twenties and quickly established herself as a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional.

Brigitte worked as a nurse practitioner for many years, dedicating herself to providing exceptional care to her patients. She later transitioned into the field of office administration, where she excelled in her role at Reprise Design.

Brigitte was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael; her parents, Eugen and Martha; and her siblings, Margret and Walter.

A Legacy of Love

Brigitte is survived by her loving sons, Christopher (Laura) Miller and Nikolas (Stacey Lillebo) Miller; her cherished grandchildren, Olivia, Ellie, Josie, Benny, Elliot, and Ruth; her brother Rudi Bischoff; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Brigitte will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and the countless lives she touched throughout her years.

Celebration of Life

A celebration of Brigitte’s life will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 11 AM at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, located at 13801 Fairview Dr. in Burnsville, MN. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 10 AM.

A private interment will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery at a later date.
