Obituary: Carol May Hoffmaster (Moyer)

Life and Career

Carol May Hoffmaster (Moyer) was born on August 25, 1948, in Reading, Pennsylvania, to Harvey and Gladys Moyer (Quinter). She graduated from Reading High in 1966 and worked in various fields throughout her life.

Carol lived in several different states, including Maryland, Arizona, and Florida. She enjoyed horseback riding, scuba diving, skiing, and playing pickleball. She also loved to travel, especially to Mexico, where she spent three months each winter.

Survivors and Service

Carol is survived by her three sons and daughter-in-law: Darrin Hoffmaster of Reading, Erich and Michelle Hoffmaster of Baltimore, and Jan Hoffmaster of Mount Penn. She also has three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A reception in her honor will be held at the Stonersville Social Club in Birdsboro on Sunday, June 2nd, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
