Diana G. Peterson, 84, of Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on April 27, 2024. Born in Jamestown, North Dakota, to William and Alberta (neé Ensor) Schroeder, she lived in Trevor, Wisconsin before moving to Twin Lakes in 2019.

Diana worked as an Industrial Spot Welder for Grieve Corp in Round Lake, Illinois, and later as a picker for Lotus Light in Silver Lake, Wisconsin, and Gander Mountain in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She enjoyed baking, watching movies, and playing basketball in her younger years.

Diana loved her family and cherished spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered for her grace and love.

Diana married James Peterson on April 25, 1958, in Webster, South Dakota. He preceded her in death on May 24, 2018.

Diana is survived by her three children: James Peterson, Jr. of Kensal, North Dakota; SyDonna (Joe) Spalla of Silver Lake, Wisconsin; and April (Mike) DeFilippo of Trevor, Wisconsin; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Alberta March of Carrington, North Dakota.

Besides her parents and husband, Diana was predeceased by a son, Samuel Peterson; a grandson, Jeremy Fisher; and five siblings: Eston Schroeder, Beverly Holms, Marlene Wolski, Billie Jean March, and Bernice Holms.

Diana’s family will cherish her memory and remember her love and devotion.
