For the 23rd year, Eyewitness News continued its special Christmas morning tradition of sharing viewers’ holiday messages. Anchors Pedro Rivera, Tanya Rivero, and Lee Goldberg delivered the news and weather, interspersed with heartfelt greetings from the community. Viewers shared messages of love, gratitude, and remembrance for those they had lost, reflecting on the past year and looking forward to the future. Their hopes for the new year, things they were thankful for, and things they would (and wouldn’t) miss were all part of this cherished tradition, which began in the months following 9/11.
