## Macon Love Valentine’s Pickleball Tournament Returns in 2025
Visit Macon and Southern Pickleball are thrilled to announce the return of the annual Macon Love Valentine’s Pickleball Tournament, taking place at Macon, Georgia’s Rhythm & Rally Sports & Events – the world’s largest indoor pickleball facility – in February 2025. Early-bird registration opens Wednesday, November 20th, 2024.
Building on the phenomenal success of the 2024 tournament, which attracted a record-breaking 850 players from over 17 states and generated over $400,000 in economic impact, the 2025 event promises to be even bigger and better. Last year’s tournament was also recognized as the nation’s largest Valentine’s Day pickleball tournament.
This year, Visit Macon is expanding the event beyond just the competition, transforming it into a full-fledged “retreat,” according to Gary Wheat, President & CEO of Visit Macon. “Along with the tournament, players will enjoy a five-day lineup of events, excursions, experiences, and even self-care options,” Wheat explains. “We’re embracing the season and having fun with it, showcasing Macon’s strengths in a vibrant and engaging way.”
Whether you’re a singles player, a doubles team, or simply passionate about the sport, the Macon Love Valentine’s Tournament offers something for everyone. Beyond the intense competition, attendees can participate in a range of specially curated events designed to foster romance, friendship, or simply a fun escape. Various packages will be available, catering to singles, couples, and even those seeking an “anti-Valentine’s” experience.

* Thursday, February 13: Matchmaking on the Court, Couple’s Sports Massages, Hot Yoga, Cooking Classes, Pottery Fun.
* Friday, February 14: Women’s Doubles & Men’s Singles Tournament, Swing Dancing, Situationship Rage Room, Karaoke.
* Saturday, February 15: Mixed Doubles Tournament.
* Sunday, February 16: Women’s Singles & Men’s Doubles Tournament.
Tournament registration, including various themed add-ons, will be $65 for a single event (Singles, Doubles, or Mixed). Additional events are $20 extra. Early registration is strongly encouraged. Hotel specials and packages will be announced soon.
