Andrew Vaughns III is described as a 46-year-old Black man, 5’7″ tall and weighing 135 pounds. He has brown eyes, black hair, and a medium-brown complexion. He has distinctive tattoos on his neck, chest, and both upper and lower left arms. He was last seen near the 1900 block of Blodgett Street (zip code 77004) in Houston. At the time of his disappearance, he was reportedly traveling on foot or by scooter. While a specific clothing description isn’t available, he may be wearing a beanie cap.
