Nayanthara Sued:

Nayanthara, the celebrated “Lady Superstar” of Kollywood, finds herself embroiled in legal controversies following the release of her Netflix wedding documentary, *Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairytale*. The documentary, detailing her life with husband Vignesh Shivan, has unexpectedly generated significant industry buzz, not for its romantic portrayal, but for its legal ramifications.

The first controversy erupted when actor Dhanush filed a lawsuit against Nayanthara, Shivan, and Netflix. He alleges the unauthorized use of a short clip from his 2015 film *Naanum Rowdy Dhaan*, demanding ₹10 crore in compensation for copyright infringement. While Nayanthara issued a public statement, Dhanush proceeded with legal action, escalating the dispute.

Adding fuel to the fire, a second legal challenge has emerged. Reports indicate the documentary also features an unauthorized clip from Nayanthara’s blockbuster film *Chandramukhi*, co-starring Rajinikanth and Jyothika. The producers of *Chandramukhi* have subsequently served a legal notice to Nayanthara and Netflix, seeking ₹5 crore in compensation for the illegal use of their copyrighted material.

As these legal battles unfold, the industry and fans await Nayanthara’s response to the latest allegations. The situation remains dynamic, promising further developments in the coming days.
