Celebration of Life for Betty Sue Fine White

Betty Sue Fine White, 88, of Scottsboro, passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024. A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at 3 p.m. at East Point C. P. Church in Cullman, AL.

Obituary

Betty Sue Fine White was born on December 17, 1935, to Arthur Charles Fine and Ethel Claire Fine. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walter White, and her brothers Virgil, Harold, and Reford Fine, and her sisters Virginia Fine Doss and Mildred Fine Collier.

Betty is survived by her sisters, Frances Waldrop and Geneva Parrish.

Life and Legacy

Betty was a lifelong resident of Alabama. She moved from Cullman to Scottsboro in 1972. She was a member of Agape Baptist Church and was active in her church until she had health problems.

Betty owned and operated her own Merle Norman business for 38 years. She also owned Betty’s Interior Decorating and decorated houses and commercial buildings.

After selling her business, Betty cared for seniors that needed help. She had a heart for children and seniors and will be missed by her family, friends, and neighbors.
