In Loving Memory of David A. Smith

David A. Smith, a beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2023, at the age of 65.

David was born on January 1, 1958, in New York City. He grew up in a loving home with his parents and two sisters. David was a bright and inquisitive child, and he excelled in his studies. He graduated from high school with honors and went on to earn a degree in engineering from Stanford University.

After college, David worked for several years as a software engineer. He was a talented and dedicated employee, and he quickly rose through the ranks. In 1995, David co-founded his own software company, which became a successful enterprise.

David was a devoted husband and father. He met his wife, Sarah, in college, and they were married in 1985. They had two children, a son and a daughter. David was a loving and supportive husband and father, and he always put his family first.

Funeral Arrangements

A funeral service for David will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church of Palo Alto. A reception will follow the service at the church.
