Her intelligence and drive propelled her into a successful career in education. Fay taught in the Hanceville School District for over two decades, inspiring countless young minds.

In 1965, Fay married the love of her life, Johnny Nail. Their marriage was a testament to true companionship, filled with love, laughter, and unwavering support. Together, they raised a beautiful daughter, Robin.

Robin brought immeasurable joy into Fay’s life. She was her mother’s best friend and confidant. Fay adored her grandchildren, Magen and Miles, and cherished every moment she spent with them.

Fay was deeply involved in her community. She was an active member of the Good Hope Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life, guiding her every action.

Visitation: Sunday, July 14, 2024, from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: Sunday, July 14, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Good Hope Cemetery officiated by Dr. Edwin Hayes.
Burial: Good Hope Cemetery.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Good Hope Baptist Church or the Hanceville Senior Center in Fay’s memory.
