Iris Bernice Carter, age 87 of Cullman, Alabama, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 8, 2024, at Woodland Village Health Care.

She was born on Wednesday, February 3, 1937, in Cullman to Eual and Annie May Carter. She is survived by her sister, Sue Carter.

A funeral service in Iris’s memory will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home, with burial at New Hope #2 Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
