Hanceville Funeral Home Mourns the Loss of Mildred Ann Crawford-Marion

The community of Cullman is deeply saddened by the passing of Mildred Ann Crawford-Marion, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Mildred passed away peacefully on May 30, 2024, at the age of 72.

A lifelong resident of Cullman, Mildred was born to the late William and Marie Boatright-Crawford. She will be fondly remembered for her unwavering love and dedication to her family.

Mildred’s legacy lives on through her loving daughter, Tracie Kelsey, and her three adored grandchildren: Zoe Ellard, Michael Kelsey, and James Kelsey. Her siblings, Jerry Crawford, Roberta Starnes, and Rickey Crawford, will forever cherish her memory.

Mildred’s funeral service will be held at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 1st, at 2 p.m. The service will be preceded by visitation from noon until 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

Following the service, Mildred will be laid to rest at Mountain Grove Baptist Cemetery. Pallbearers will include her beloved grandsons, Michael Kelsey and James Kelsey, along with Wes Ellard, Chris Kelsey, Jerome Crawford, and Marty Crawford.

In addition to her parents, Mildred was predeceased by her siblings Clarence Crawford, Dee Crawford, Monroe Crawford, Olan “Red” Crawford, Johhny Crawford, and Shirley Copeland.

The Hanceville Funeral Home family extends their heartfelt condolences to Mildred’s loved ones during this difficult time. Her spirit will forever be cherished in the hearts of all who knew her.
