Obituary: Raymond Bollig, 98, of Denver
Ray was a kind and generous man who always put others before himself. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Marjorie, and a loving father to his children, Sharon, Marlene, Debra, and Kenny. He was also a proud grandfather and great-grandfather.
Ray was a hard worker and provided a good life for his family. He worked for many years as a mechanic and was known for his skill and dedication to his craft.
In his retirement, Ray enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid golfer and fisherman, and he loved to travel. He also volunteered his time at his local church and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
Ray will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He was a wonderful man who lived a long and fulfilling life.
A memorial service will be held for Ray at Olinger Mortuary in Thornton on July 20, 2024 at 10:00 AM. A reception will follow at American Legion Post 161 in Arvada.
