Robert had a passion for local history and spent countless hours researching and documenting the rich tapestry of Chelsea’s past. His contributions to the community’s historical record will be forever cherished.

Beyond his community involvement, Robert was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. He had a deep appreciation for nature and spent countless hours exploring the forests and waterways of Maine.

Gathering to Celebrate His Life

A gathering to celebrate Robert’s life will be held at his home in Chelsea on July 27, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. All who knew and loved Robert are welcome to attend and share their memories of a remarkable life.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Chelsea Historical Society in Robert’s memory.
