Roland’s Life and Legacy
Roland Cecil Quick, 79, of Hanceville, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2024. As a man of unwavering determination, Roland embraced various roles throughout his life, including coal miner, welder, business owner, and farmer. However, his most cherished title was that of “Grandpa.”
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Roland’s memory to St. Paul’s Lutheran School. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Woodland Village and Aveanna Hospice for their exceptional care and compassion.
