Reality television stars Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have lost their Pacific Palisades home in a devastating wildfire that swept through the Los Angeles westside on Tuesday. Sources close to the couple confirmed to TMZ that their residence was completely destroyed by the blaze. While the family evacuated safely earlier in the day, they are reportedly heartbroken by the loss of their property.
Hours before the evacuation, Pratt shared a video on his Instagram Story showing fire crews battling the flames on a nearby mountainside. Later, he was photographed outside his home, visibly distressed as the fire rapidly approached. This scene mirrored that of actor James Woods, who also filmed the encroaching inferno from his own Pacific Palisades home, capturing firefighters’ efforts to contain the blaze.
The rapidly spreading wildfire, which has consumed over 1,200 acres, prompted mandatory evacuations for numerous residents in the star-studded neighborhood. Celebrities residing in the area include Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, Miles Teller and Keleigh Sperry, Reese Witherspoon, Adam Sandler, Steve Guttenberg, and Michael Keaton, among many others. The cause of the wildfire remains under investigation by officials.
