Celebration of Life to be Held at a Later Date

Lisa Ann Bowman, a resident of Augusta, Maine, passed away on May 1st at the age of 60. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Lisa was born in Augusta, Maine, and was a lifelong resident of the city. She was a graduate of Cony High School and worked as a waitress for many years at local restaurants.

Lisa was a kind and compassionate person who always put others before herself. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Obituary

Lisa Ann Bowman, 60, of Augusta, passed away on May 1st. She was born in Augusta on July 10, 1962, the daughter of John and Mary (Smith) Bowman. She grew up in Augusta and graduated from Cony High School in 1980.

Lisa worked as a waitress for many years at local restaurants, including the Red Lion Inn and the Augusta House of Pancakes. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, gardening, and cooking.

Lisa was predeceased by her parents and her brother, John Bowman Jr. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Richard Bowman; her two daughters, Sarah Bowman and Jessica Bowman; her two grandchildren, Lily and Ethan; and her sister, Mary Bowman.

A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
