The 36th Battalion of the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) in Gyalshing recently held a successful football tournament at Kyongsa Ground. Organized under the command of Commandant Ajeet Mohan, the event aimed to engage youth from villages along the Indo-Nepal border. The final match was a thrilling contest between Young Boys Football Academy and Tikjek Football Club. In a hard-fought battle, Young Boys Football Academy secured a narrow but well-deserved 2-1 victory, claiming the tournament trophy.
Commandant Mohan personally presented football kits to all participating players, demonstrating the SSB’s commitment to supporting local sports development.
