Vesta Property Services is pleased to announce the Kings Point Business & Wellness Expo, taking place January 10th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission and parking are free. The expo will be held in the Veterans Theater at Kings Point’s North Clubhouse, located at 1900 Clubhouse Lane in Sun City Center, and is open to residents of greater Sun City Center and surrounding communities.
Over 70 area vendors will be present, representing a wide range of services and businesses. These include healthcare providers (Clarity Hearing, HCA Florida South Shore Hospital, Sight360 Florida Eye Specialists, PT Solutions Physical Therapy, Manatee Memorial Hospital), home and vehicle services (Grease Monkey, Gladiator Pressure Cleaning, RockStone Interlocking Brick Pavers, GMI Cabinets, South Bay Home Services), senior living communities (Cypress Creek Assisted Living, Sun City Center Senior Living, Aston Gardens, Sun Towers Retirement Community), senior care services (Aging Care Advocates, Helping Hands Seniors, FirstLight Home Care, Senior Helpers, Coral Senior Care Consultants), financial services (AmeriLife, Rossmiller State Farm, Glidewell Advisors, Florida Blue Medicare, Gold Kidney Health Plan), and other local businesses (Baldwin Brothers, Trust Masters, Oasis Columbarium & Memorial Wall, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Men’s Club of Sun City Center, Sun City Center Emergency Squad, The Observer News, Holiday Inn Express, StretchLab). An outdoor open-air market will feature additional vendors offering a variety of products, including fresh produce, knife and scissor sharpening, wreaths, cosmetics, pet services, and home décor.
Food trucks, Monsta Lobsta and Susu’s Always Fresh (offering cheese steaks, burgers, and fries), will be on-site. This year’s sponsors, all present at the event, include Sun State Doctors Medical Group, Physician’s Choice Hearing Solutions, Advent Health, Cruise Planners, Labrador Primary Care Center, Motion Chirotherapy, Dental Experts of Florida, Simply Tubs and Showers, CarePlus Health Plans, and the Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute.
Matt Permuth, Vesta Property Services general manager, stated, “It’s an opportunity for all participating vendors to provide access, education, and information to our residents in one convenient location. Last year, the expo drew a crowd of between 800 and 1,000 people.” Many vendors will be offering giveaways and treats, including Sun Towers Retirement Community’s renowned brownies, baked by Chef Jerry Badders.
