Brandi Herron Elrod, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2024, at her home in New Port Richey, Florida. She was 47 years young.

Early Life and Family

Brandi was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on February 10, 1977, to Curtis Harold Herron. As the oldest daughter, she cherished her role within her family, including her two younger sisters.

Passions and Interests

Brandi possessed an infectious personality and a zest for life. She was an avid Jeep enthusiast, finding joy in the freedom of off-road adventures. She also adored the beauty of nature, especially the water, turtles, and butterflies.

In addition to her outdoor pursuits, Brandi was a passionate fan of music, sports, and her family’s heritage. Her favorite teams included the UK Wildcats and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Legacy of Love and Faith

Brandi’s unwavering faith in Jesus Christ guided her every step. She was a beacon of love and kindness, always putting others’ needs before her own. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother to her daughter, Lindsee, and a grandmother to her five grandchildren.

Celebration of Life

A celebration of Brandi’s life will be held on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. at Manchester Gospel Mission in Manchester, Kentucky. Pastor Tess Lipps will officiate the ceremony.
