Obituary: Erica N. Lacoy

Erica N. Lacoy, 39, of Burlington, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. She was born on September 7, 1984, in Haverhill, MA, the daughter of Phillip Cullanine and Debra Lewis.

Childhood and Education

Erica grew up in Haverhill, MA, and later lived in Southern New Hampshire. She was an avid writer and had a passion for photography, astrology, and music.

Career

Erica was devoted to her work as a paraprofessional focusing on special education. She was a strong advocate for mental health and spiritual wellness.

Personal Life

Erica was happily married for 12 years and raised her family in Central Massachusetts before settling in Burlington, WI in 2023. She was a selfless individual who loved helping others in need and cherished her family above all else.

Survivors

Erica is survived by her three children: Ariana Rose Calder, Chase Orion Lacoy, and Raven Skye Lacoy, all of Silver Lake, WI; her father, Phillip Cullanine of Manchester, NH; her brother, John Denisco of Manchester, NH; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Preceded in Death

Erica was preceded in death by her mother, Debra, and her sister, Alicia Denisco.

Memorial Service

Memorial Visitation will be held from 10AM until 12noon on Friday, June 7, 2024, at the Strang Funeral Home of Antioch, 1055 Main St. (Rte. 83) in Antioch, IL 60002. Sharing and Remembrances will begin at 11:11AM. Interment will be private.
