Randall was born on February 17, 1974, in Fort Worth, Texas, to George Randall Parris and Judy Cornelius Parris. Growing up, he displayed a warm and outgoing nature, making friends wherever he went. Randall possessed a quick wit and an infectious laugh that brought joy to those around him.
Randall’s greatest love was his family. He was a devoted father to his two children, Seth and Kaitlyn, who were the center of his world. He cherished every moment with them, whether it was attending their sporting events, sharing laughter over dinner, or simply spending quality time together.
