Obituary:

Stephen Paul Barnett, age 66, of Cullman, Alabama, passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 6, 2024.

Early Life:

Born on July 2, 1957, in Selma, Alabama, Stephen was the son of William Jack and Theresa Arndt Barnett. The family relocated to Hollywood, Florida, where Stephen developed a love for fishing, snorkeling, and motorbikes.

Career and Family:

After graduating high school, Stephen worked for the Seminole Reservation, where he met his fiancé, Brenda Osceola. He later spent ten years employed at Grant Printing. Following Brenda’s passing, Stephen returned to Cullman to live with his sister Janet.

Personal Interests:

In his later years, Stephen enjoyed watching WWE wrestling and Judge Judy.

Surviving Family:

Stephen is survived by his sisters Janet and Deborah, brother Jack Barnett, sister Katherine, nine nieces and nephews, and four great-nieces and nephews.

Preceded in Death:

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Joe, sister Patty, and fiancé Brenda Osceola.
