In Loving Memory of Ronald Henry Dague, Sr.

Ronald Henry Dague, Sr. passed away peacefully on May 20, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Ronald was born on June 15, 1945, in York, Pennsylvania. He was the son of the late Henry and Mary Dague. Ronald grew up in York and graduated from York High School in 1963. After high school, he attended Penn State University, where he earned a degree in business administration.

Ronald began his career as an accountant with a local manufacturing company. He quickly rose through the ranks and became a controller within a few years. In 1980, he founded his own accounting firm, Dague & Associates. Ronald’s firm grew rapidly and became one of the most successful accounting firms in the area.

Ronald was a dedicated husband and father. He married his beloved wife, Susan, in 1968. They were married for 55 years and had two children, Ronald Jr. and Sarah.

Ronald loved spending time with his family. He was a devoted grandfather to his four grandchildren, Emily, Ethan, Benjamin, and Sophia.

Ronald was also a generous and compassionate person. He was always willing to help others, both financially and emotionally. He was a member of the Rotary Club and volunteered his time to many local charities.

Ronald will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the community. He was a kind and loving man who always put others before himself. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
