Sanskrit Course & Gita Recital End at Rajeshwari Temple


The ten-day Shrimad Bhagavad Gita and Simple Sanskrit Conversation Camp, held at the Shri Rajeshwari Durga Temple in Reshithang (near Khel Gaon, Gangtok), concluded on December 26th. Organized by the Shri Rajeshwari Durga Temple and Trust Board, the camp attracted thirty-eight students eager to learn Sanskrit.

The closing ceremony featured a distinguished gathering. The chief guest was Upper Burtuk MLA, Kala Rai. Also in attendance were Ranka GPU Additional Director Sonam Wangyal Bhutia, Lower Luing Ward Panchayat Munna Chettri, Thami Dara Ward Panchayat Yama Bahadur Gurung, and other dignitaries. Temple trust members, including president Mohan Prasad Gautam, vice president Gopal Gautam, treasurer Durga Prasad Karel, and temple priest Bhim Ghemerey, were also present to celebrate the successful completion of the camp.
