If your bachelor’s was fully taught in English and you can get a clear confirmation letter from your registrar, TUM, Mannheim, Freiburg, Potsdam, and Stuttgart’s WASTE program are your strongest options. If your English instruction was only partial, Leuphana’s 30-ECTS rule and Kassel’s one-year rule are more forgiving. If neither applies, PTE Academic is the test accepted most consistently across this entire list, usually at a lower and more achievable score than IELTS or TOEFL equivalents.
